This position is for the Zeta Bronx Tremont Park Lower Elementary School located at 1910 Arthur Avenue, Bronx NY 10457.

Deliver powerful results To achieve our vision, we are seeking Soccer Coaches with a Bachelor’s degree, 1–2+ years of coaching or teaching experience, and a passion for developing students through soccer.

Responsibilities

Execute a bold vision of excellence in soccer, designing rigorous, skill-building, and developmentally appropriate training sessions that cultivate determination, discipline, teamwork, and resilience in all students. Build a positive, inclusive team culture where students develop a genuine love for the sport, embrace effort and growth, and families feel connected to a strong school community. Use data, performance metrics, and player feedback to track progress, refine coaching strategies, and drive athletic and personal growth for every student-athlete. Develop authentic, trusting relationships with students and families to support students’ physical, social-emotional, and character development. Collaborate closely with colleagues and engage in ongoing professional learning, embracing feedback and coaching to continuously strengthen your practice. Contribute to whole-school initiatives and provide support as needed, ensuring athletics are meaningfully integrated into the broader student experience. Lead a high-quality after-school soccer program that builds technical skill, fosters competitive readiness, and prepares students for games, tournaments, and team-based competition. The salary range for this position is between $65,000 and $105,500. New hires can expect to be brought into the organization at a salary closer to the beginning of the range, depending on relevant experience and internal equity. Compensation is based on our salary scales. Zeta offers a relocation reimbursement of up to $2,500 for eligible staff relocating to join our school community. How does Zeta invest in you?
