The Master's Level Clinical Liaison: Facilitates individual and family therapy for a small caseload of 2 to 4 youth Works as a liaison between program staff, outside providers (like custodial agencies), and counselors Prepares and helps lead weekly team meetings Completes admissions and discharges for youth on residential campuses Coordinates off-campus home passes and provides supervision during on-campus family visits Co-leads at least 3 hours of group therapy per week Provides coverage for residential counselors (including facilitating individual and group sessions) Assists with front desk coverage as needed Completes daily documentation (such as contact notes, milieu notes, and precautionary notes) in an electronic medical record system (EMR) Performs other duties as assigned
The supervision and treatment of youth requires prolonged periods of walking, standing, running, climbing stairs, and physical agility. Applicants must be able to participate in physical interventions when necessary and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, occasionally more than 100 pounds. Applicants are required to complete Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) and CPR trainings and pass an agility and strength evaluation. Applicants must possess a current, valid driver’s license.
