Conduct comprehensive assessments and implement individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders. Collaborate with educators and families to support student success through direct therapy and IEP development.
Requires a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and eligibility for the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). Candidates must hold or be able to obtain Colorado state licensure and an Educator Certificate.
Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication skills. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language goals. Provide direct therapy services to students in individual or group settings. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication needs in the classroom and beyond. Monitor student progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided and student progress. Participate in team meetings, professional development opportunities, and ongoing training.
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Valid limited state licensure or ability to obtain licensure in Colorado (if applicable) Educator Certificate (if applicable) Experience working with school-age children preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills. Commitment to evidence-based practice and professional growth.
