The Lead Teacher develops interactive learning experiences and mentors other teachers to promote the growth of preschool children. They are responsible for classroom management, curriculum implementation, and building relationships with families.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans. They must meet state education requirements and be capable of engaging in physical activity with children.
