Support the head coach in the administration and coaching of the softball program, including game preparation and player development. Manage equipment, recruit student-athletes, and ensure compliance with NCAA and USCAA regulations.
Requires coaching experience at the high school or intercollegiate level and knowledge of softball rules and compliance. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are mandatory.

CPR certification, First Aid (Recommended) Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record Background Checks/Clearances Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of all required background checks and clearances. These include, but are not limited to, a Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Background Check and verification of a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. This position requires the operation of a motor vehicle as part of the job duties. Therefore, candidates must possess a valid driver’s license and successfully complete a motor vehicle records check in addition to standard background screening requirements.
