Your Role as an Assistant Infant Teacher As an Assistant Infant Teacher, you’ll work closely with the Lead Teacher to deliver a nurturing, safe, and educational classroom environment for infants, toddlers, or preschool-age children. You’ll help implement play-based learning activities, manage classroom routines, and provide individualized attention that supports each child’s social, emotional, and cognitive development.
