Key Responsibilities Support daily routines including circle time, story time, snack, outdoor play, and rest time Assist with lesson planning and curriculum implementation based on children’s developmental needs and interests Supervise children during classroom transitions, group play, and hands-on activities Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment aligned with state licensing regulations Encourage independence, self-help skills, and social interaction through positive guidance strategies Observe and document children’s behavior and milestones for communication with families and the teaching team Provide age-appropriate support for infants, toddlers, or preschoolers, depending on assigned classroom Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a supportive, inclusive early childhood learning environment
