Instructors are responsible for teaching courses in a variety of modalities while promoting and supporting the vision and mission of Rasmussen University. Instructors will generally teach 4.5-5.5 work units each quarter equaling a full-time work schedule.
The Instructor reports to the Nursing Administrator. Based on the location this may be an Area Dena of Nursing or Dean of Nursing.

Our defined compensation structure is market competitive and is built to reward performance. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role is $69,400.00 to $93,700.00. We take a number of factors into account when determining individual starting pay, including but not limited to: job and level hired into, location, skill set; experience and training; peer compensation and other business and organizational needs. This range is subject to change.
