About the Role

Responsibilities

Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate activities for infants. Provide a safe, loving, and stimulating environment for infants to explore and learn. Observe and assess each child's developmental progress and needs. Communicate effectively with parents about their child's growth and milestones. Collaborate with fellow teachers to create a cohesive learning experience. Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. Foster a sense of community and belonging among children and families.

Requirements

Experience working with infants or in an early childhood education setting. Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. CPR and First Aid certification preferred. Passion for nurturing and educating young children. Creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
