The substitute teacher is responsible for implementing provided lesson plans and maintaining a safe, organized classroom environment. They must also manage student attendance, follow discipline policies, and act as a community ambassador for LifeWise Academy.
Candidates must have a mature Christian faith and active participation in a local church that aligns with the LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith. Proficiency in teaching and excellent communication skills are required.
LifeWise substitute teachers will demonstrate excellence in Biblical knowledge and teaching abilities. The ideal candidate is an active church participant with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who is caring, perceptive and proficient in teaching students.
