Coach recreational gymnastics, tumbling, and ninja classes while maintaining a safe and structured environment. Support athlete confidence and skill progression while professionally representing the academy to families.
Applicants must be 16 years or older with a great attitude and reliability. While experience is preferred, the academy provides training for the right candidates.

START STRONG. GROW FAST. FlipStar Gymnastics Academy is hiring Recreational Gymnastics and Tumbling Coaches to join our team. This is an excellent first job for motivated high school students and a strong opportunity for experienced recreational coaches looking for a well-run, organized gym.
Experience is preferred but not required. We will train the right person. If you bring energy, reliability, and a great attitude, we will teach you the rest.
Our recreational program is structured and well-supported. Coaches are able to focus on teaching and leading classes within a well run facility.
Minimum 2 shifts per week depending on availability.
COMPENSATION Pay is based on experience and role responsibility.
