Provide safe, nurturing, and culturally sensitive childcare for children during RISE program sessions. Plan age-appropriate activities and maintain a clean, organized environment to allow mothers to engage in empowerment activities.
Requires experience in childcare and the ability to work with diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. A background check is required, and CPR/First Aid certification or fluency in Dari or Pashto is preferred.
