Qualifications: At least 15 years of age Training and certification provided

Responsibilities

  • Instructs swimming lessons according to YMCA guidelines while maintain a safe environment Builds effective relationships with swimmers and parents Positive attitude and team player Attends mandatory in-service trainings Starting Wage: $11.65/hour **
  • Part-time staff receive complimentary memberships and discounted rates for child care and most programs.
