• Schedule: Monday/Wednesday 8–12 in Amherst and Wednesday/Thursday/Friday 8–12 in Elyria SparkJoy ABA, in partnership with Finni Health, is looking for energetic, playful, and compassionate Behavior Technicians to deliver ABA therapy to children with autism. • Be a
• Play
• Leader: Work one-on-one with children in their homes. You won’t simply be "monitoring"—you’ll be actively engaging, playing, and moving with each child to help them achieve their goals.
• Teach
• Through
• Action: Use creative, high-energy methods to teach communication, social skills, and daily living abilities.
• Data &
• Collaboration: Record progress and work closely with supervising BCBAs to ensure each child thrives.

• Families: Build trust with parents through consistent, positive communication and in-home support.

• Environment: This role is entirely in the client's home. You should be comfortable working in client homes and visiting neighborhoods within the assigned territory.

Experience

At least one year of experience working with children (such as daycare, camp counseling, teaching, coaching, etc.) is required.

Reliability

• Reliable transportation to client homes in the Marion area is a must.

• Growth: You must pass RBT Certification within 90 days of hire (we’ll help with studying and cover the cost!).

Training

• Completion of a 40-hour Behavior Technician training course is preferred but not required for an interview.
