  • Schedule: Monday/Wednesday 8am–12pm in Amherst and Tuesday/Thursday/Friday 8am–12pm in Elyria SparkJoy ABA, in partnership with Finni Health, is looking for energetic, playful, and compassionate Behavior Technicians to deliver ABA therapy to children with autism.   • Leader: Work one-on-one with children in their homes. You won’t simply be "monitoring"—you’ll be actively engaging, playing, and moving with each child to help them achieve their goals.

  • Collaboration: Record progress and work closely with supervising BCBAs to ensure each child thrives.

  • Environment: This role is entirely in the client's home. You should be comfortable working in client homes and visiting neighborhoods within the assigned territory.

Experience

At least one year of experience working with children (such as daycare, camp counseling, teaching, coaching, etc.) is required.

Reliability

Reliable transportation to client homes in the Amherst area is a must.

Commitment to

Growth: You must pass RBT Certification within 90 days of hire (we’ll help with studying and cover the cost!).

Training

  • Completion of a 40-hour Behavior Technician training course is preferred but not required for an interview.
