Assistant Men's Volleyball Coach

The Assistant Men’s Volleyball Coach supports the Head Coach in the leadership and administration of the Men’s Volleyball program. Key responsibilities include assisting with daily practice planning, technical skill instruction, and the recruitment of high-level student-athletes to fulfill the program and vision.

Essential Functions

• Identify, evaluate, and recruit prospective student-athletes who align with university standards.
• Assist in the development and execution of technical training plans for team and individual player growth.
• Lead specific position groups during practice sessions as directed by the Head Coach.
• Conduct scouting and film analysis of opponents to assist in match strategy preparation.
• Support student-athlete academic progress and ensure compliance with NAIA/University regulations.
• Manage equipment inventory and assist with travel logistics for away competitions.
• Transport and supervise student-athletes during travel trips.
