Coaches are responsible for leading energetic, age-appropriate sports classes while ensuring a fun and safe environment for children. They must provide individual attention, use positive reinforcement, and attend regular training sessions to maintain program standards.
Preferred Availability Most classes take place during preschool hours, after school hours, and on weekends. We are especially interested in candidates with weekday morning and weekend availability; however, schedules vary throughout the year. We welcome applicants with a wide range of availability and backgrounds, including: Part-time employees College and high school students Seasonal and summer-focused employees Students returning to school who can continue working part-time during the fall and spring Candidates seeking supplemental income Individuals with flexible or open availability Consistent availability for assigned classes is important, but applicants do not need to be available for every class time to be considered. We encourage all qualified candidates to apply.

All Coaches are open to feedback and strive to be better by attending regular trainings and following the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel to local schools with your own reliable transportation. The more you are able and willing to travel, the more work you will have! We have locations all across Long Island. Passion for sports, fitness, soccer, or working with young children, in particular those ages 1-5 Background in sports a plus (athletics, soccer, sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics, martial arts, physical education, etc.) Background working with children a plus (camp counselor, elementary education substitute teacher, coach, etc.) Must be at least 18 years of age Must be able to pass background check Flexible Schedules Training & equipment provided Refer a coach & receive up to $200 *candidate must work for 6months Opportunities to work full-time and even become a franchise owner
