GYMGUYZ NW Washington is hiring a dependable, professional, and student-focused Physical Education Coach to provide on-site PE instruction and fitness programming for students at OneSchool Global Seattle Campus.
This role is ideal for a personal trainer, youth fitness coach, PE teacher, teacher assistant, or education-minded fitness professional who enjoys working with students in a structured school environment. The right candidate will deliver safe, age-appropriate, engaging physical activity sessions while supporting OneSchool Global’s emphasis on wellness, collaboration, respect, responsibility, and student self-efficacy.
The coach will represent GYMGUYZ on campus and must be reliable, professional, communicative, and comfortable working within a school’s expectations, policies, and cultural boundaries.
Key Responsibilities
Lead safe, structured, and engaging physical education sessions for school-aged students.
Create age-appropriate activities that support fitness, movement skills, teamwork, confidence, and healthy habits.
Maintain a positive, respectful, and encouraging environment for all students.
Adapt activities for different ages, ability levels, and group sizes.
Promote student participation, self-discipline, personal responsibility, and wellness.
Communicate professionally with school staff, students, and GYMGUYZ leadership.
Arrive prepared and on time for all scheduled sessions.
Ensure equipment is used safely and returned properly after each session.
Follow all school safety, conduct, and child-protection expectations.
Represent GYMGUYZ with professionalism, discretion, and consistency.
Required Qualifications
Experience as a personal trainer, youth fitness coach, PE teacher, PE assistant, teacher assistant, coach, or similar role.
Strong ability to lead students in a calm, organized, and professional manner.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Reliable, punctual, and prepared.
Comfortable working as part of a collaborative educational team.
Demonstrated respect for students, staff, families, and school cultural expectations.
Willingness to complete all required background checks and school onboarding requirements.
Current CPR/AED certification, or willingness to obtain prior to starting.
