Utilize AMS curriculum standards to provide differentiated instruction for students performing both above and below grade level. Attend weekly professional development sessions, grade-level meetings, and professional learning communities. Communicate regularly with families and facilitate parent-teacher conferences to support student growth both inside and outside the classroom. Collaborate with administrators and support staff to create a learning environment focused on meeting students' academic and behavioral needs. Use measurable data to monitor student progress and implement instructional strategies that drive achievement. Contribute to the continuous improvement of instructional practices and school procedures across the network. Implement PBIS and proactive intervention strategies to support students' social-emotional development and foster a positive learning environment.
