Responsibilities

Utilize AMS curriculum standards to provide differentiated instruction for students performing both above and below grade level. Attend weekly professional development sessions, grade-level meetings, and professional learning communities. Communicate regularly with families and facilitate parent-teacher conferences to support student growth both inside and outside the classroom. Collaborate with administrators and support staff to create a learning environment focused on meeting students' academic and behavioral needs. Use measurable data to monitor student progress and implement instructional strategies that drive achievement. Contribute to the continuous improvement of instructional practices and school procedures across the network. Implement PBIS and proactive intervention strategies to support students' social-emotional development and foster a positive learning environment. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution Valid Arkansas teaching license or ability to obtain appropriate licensure prior to employment Passion for helping Title I and multilingual learners in underserved communities achieve academic success and prepare for college Ability to pass all required background checks and employment screenings Strong analytical skills and enthusiasm for data-driven instruction Adaptability and willingness to implement an established, rigorous curriculum Collaborative mindset with the ability to take initiative and contribute positively to a team environment Join us to enjoy rewarding challenges and ongoing opportunities!
