As a Camp Counselor at Camp Lincoln, you’ll play a key role in creating a fun, supportive, and unforgettable experience for campers. Counselors are part of the cabin staff team and are responsible for a group of campers within an assigned cabin and chalet group for 2–4 weeks at a time.
In this role, you’ll serve as a mentor, leader, and role model—guiding campers through daily activities, helping them build confidence and friendships, and ensuring they feel supported and safe throughout their time at camp.
