The Teacher Assistant supports the Master Teacher in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities while ensuring child safety. They also assume the lead classroom role during the Master Teacher's absence and maintain accurate records.
Candidates must hold an Associate Degree in early childhood education or a current CDA credential. A valid driver's license and successful completion of medical, TB, and background clearances are required.
