CCCS is seeking a part-time Preschool Teacher for our campus in Walnut Creek, CA.
The Preschool Teacher position is a year-round that follows CCCS academic calendar from August through May, including Thanksgiving, Winter, and Spring Break Camps, as well as Summer Camp from June to July. This is a team teaching position, offering you the opportunity to share responsibilities, learn from one another, and work in a supportive environment.
CCCS Preschool Teachers are energetic, nurturing, reliable, professional, and love children. Our teachers are passionate about teaching in a Christ-centered environment and enthusiastic about building a strong foundation of curriculum for beginning learners, which must have experience teaching.

Work with a team to implement Preschool and Pre-K curriculum, teach, and administer all required duties for safe and effective operation of the preschool.
Adapt activities and support to meet the diverse needs of each child.
Supervise lunch, play time, and other events as assigned.
Maintain open communication with parents and provide updates on child development.
Maintain a clean and tidy classroom to foster a conducive learning environment.
Follow established protocols for preschool operations.
Other duties as assigned by the Preschool Director.
• Compensation range $23.30 - $30.37/hour, commensurate with teaching experience and education
A background check & TB test clearance is required.
