Staff members are responsible for delivering soccer sessions to diverse age groups, teams, and players by strictly following the established Challenger curriculum. Key duties include coaching sessions for ages 2-16, maintaining session logbooks, creating online session plans using company software, and communicating effectively with parents and players.
Candidates must be comfortable and experienced in working with children across all age groups and must successfully pass a rigorous background check. Furthermore, applicants generally need their own transportation and must possess valid work authorization for the USA.

Challenger Sports is owned and operated by some of the most experienced soccer people in the country and our team of 9 offices and 100 full time staff now provides a comprehensive range of Soccer services and products:
Experience within Soccer coaching, particularly coaching ball mastery is desirable.
$20-$35 gross per hour, based on qualifications & experience.
Field sessions can be anywhere within a 1hr radius of your home.
The sessions will be in the evenings Mon to Fri & during the day on weekends.
Must be comfortable working with children of all age groups.
Must have experience working with children.
All staff must pass a rigorous background check.
The vast majority of positions require your own transport.
Must have work authorization to work in the USA.
