Develop and implement individualized behavior support plans and conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments to improve client quality of life. Provide training and coaching to staff and caregivers while monitoring the effectiveness of interventions.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, Social Work, or a related field. Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis and working with medically or behaviorally acute populations is preferred.

Clinical & Behavioral Responsibilities Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and prepare reports in accordance with state and ODP requirements. Develop Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) and Crisis Intervention Plans using evidence‑based interventions. Collaborate with individuals, families, caregivers, and team members to implement behavior intervention strategies. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and adjust programming as needed. Provide direct skills training and behavior therapy to individuals on the caseload when appropriate. Develop and implement fading plans for restrictive interventions. Participate in clinical rounds and present progress updates, goals, and intervention strategies. Training & Support Provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to staff and caregivers on best practices in behavior management. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, interventions, and outcomes in compliance with ODP regulations. Review and analyze data regularly to guide programming decisions. Program & Safety Responsibilities Assist in resolving problematic situations within the program environment. Notify Program Management of any unusual, unsafe, or emergency situations. Maintain required levels of supervision for assigned individuals as outlined in each Individual Support Plan (ISP). Prepare for and respond promptly to emergency situations to ensure the safety and security of individuals and program sites (e.g., fire drills, evacuations). Notify appropriate authorities in the event of a valid emergency. Professional Conduct Serve as a positive role model by demonstrating professionalism, appropriate appearance, confidentiality, courtesy, honesty, fairness, and personal integrity. Qualifications ∙ Ability to comprehend, read, write and speak English ∙ Ability to use excellent oral and written communications skills. ∙ Ability to use telephone, voice mail, copier, facsimile machine, computer and calculator. ∙ Ability to work effectively with people both one-on-one and in a team environment, facilitating their growth and development. ∙ Ability to resolve non-routine situations properly. ∙ Ability to be observant and intuitive. ∙ Ability to be dependable and punctual. ∙ Ability to work on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments. ∙ Ability to operate vehicles with a valid driver’s license in accordance with applicable state laws, insurance provider requirements and company policies and procedures. Position Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Special Education, Counseling, Social Work, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis. Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis preferred. Prior experience working with individuals who are medically/behaviorally acute. Prior experience working with a dual diagnosis population.
