The Lead Teacher is responsible for developing interactive learning experiences and promoting the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children. They lead classroom management, implement curriculum, and build relationships with families to support student achievement.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans. They must be able to meet state education requirements and be physically capable of working indoors and outdoors with children.
