The Assistant Coach is responsible for instructing sport skills, motivating athletes, and conducting practice sessions under the head coach's direction. Key duties also include recruiting potential student-athletes and supporting the overall goals of the tennis program.
A bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of athletic coaching experience are required. Candidates must also pass a background check and obtain child protection and safety clearances.
