Assist the Head Coach in planning and conducting rowing practices for novice and varsity athletes. Provide technical instruction and supervise students during regattas and team travel to ensure a safe environment.
Rowing experience as an athlete or coach is preferred but not required. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and a commitment to the educational mission of school-based athletics.
