This role involves supporting students' academic, behavioral, and social-emotional development through participation in eligibility and IEP meetings, and assisting in the development of support plans. Candidates must possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology and hold an active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with the required School Psychologist endorsement, or be eligible to obtain it. Prior experience working with elementary-aged students is preferred, alongside strong skills in assessment, communication, and collaboration.

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is partnering with an Illinois school district to secure a qualified School Psychologist for a temporary maternity leave assignment. This school-based opportunity will support an elementary population (Kindergarten through 5th grade) and is scheduled to run tentatively from April 6 through May 21, concluding at the end of the academic year.
This short-term role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact by supporting students’ academic, behavioral, and social-emotional development within a collaborative and student-focused school environment.
Support a positive and inclusive learning environment. Participate in eligibility, IEP, and multidisciplinary team meetings. Assist in the development of academic and behavioral support plans. Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and interpret assessment data. Maintain compliant documentation and adhere to state and district timelines. Provide recommendations to support student learning and behavioral needs. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop effective interventions.
Candidates must hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology and maintain an active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Psychologist endorsement, or be eligible to obtain licensure. Prior experience working with elementary-aged students is preferred. Strong assessment, communication, and collaboration skills are essential.
