Minimum Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and cater to various learning styles.
• Deliver engaging and effective instruction in the assigned subject area(s) to students of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
• Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and observations, providing timely and constructive feedback.
• Manage classroom behavior to create a positive and productive learning environment.
• Collaborate with fellow educators, administrators, and parents to support student development and address any academic or behavioral concerns.
• Participate in professional development activities to stay current with educational best practices and standards.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress reports.
