Description Astor Services is hiring Preschool Teacher Assistants Substitutes today!
Head Start is a federally funded preschool program delivering services to 3 and 4-year old children and their families in core areas of early learning, health, and family well-being.
The teacher assistant will assist in the delivery of educational services to children in a classroom setting.
This includes; support for instruction throughout the day, supervision of children, ongoing assessments, and may include participation in home visits.

What You Will Need:· A High School Diploma or GED (and a desire to learn more!)· To obtain your NYS TA Certification within 6 months of hire. Experience working with children. Be ready to be a team player with a can-do attitude. Ability to embrace challenges and celebrate successes.
