Support the Lead Teacher in implementing daily lesson plans and classroom activities Assist in supervising children to ensure safety at all times Help maintain a clean, organized, and compliant classroom environment Encourage positive interactions among children Provide support during meals, transitions, and playtime Observe children and communicate any concerns to the Lead Teacher Follow all licensing, health, and safety regulations Assist with classroom setup, breakdown, and daily routines Demonstrate reliability and flexibility in scheduling (including opening/closing support)
Previous experience as a daycare teacher or childcare provider, preferred Strong understanding of child development Patient, kind, and nurturing Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills First aid/CPR certified Success Indicators Consistent attendance and dependability Demonstrates growth toward Lead Teacher readiness Supports a well-managed and safe classroom environment Builds positive relationships with children and staff Pay $16.00 per hour Paid semi-monthly
