The STAR7 LLC Academy team works with clients such as companies and relocation companies to provide language training for families moving to new countries.
We are currently recruiting a Freelance English Language Instructor to deliver in-person lessons to an adult student in Lake Forest, Illinois.
This assignment may also lead to additional opportunities in the future, supporting other students (virtual and/or in-person).
Key Responsibilities - in this role you will: Design and deliver engaging one-to-one lessons tailored to the student’s level, goals, and learning style.
Focus on improving the student’s fluency, pronunciation, vocabulary, and grammar in American English.
Monitor progress and provide regular feedback to support continuous improvement.
Encourage active participation and build the student’s confidence in speaking and understanding American English.
Adapt teaching methods and pace based on the student’s evolving needs.
Maintain clear and professional communication with the student and project manager.
