The teacher is responsible for ensuring students master academic and social skills through rigorous instruction and ambitious achievement goals. Key duties include planning lessons, assessing for mastery, and tracking scholar progress to intervene as necessary.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree or higher and a valid State Teacher License or be enrolled in a credentialing program. Experience in data-driven instruction and a passion for working in under-served communities are required.
