Candidates should be enrolled in or graduated from a Bachelor's program in Education, Communications, or a related field. Experience working with elementary-aged students and strong public speaking skills are required.

Enrolled in or graduated from a Bachelor's program in Education, Communications, English, Political Science, Theater, Journalism, or a related field. Experience teaching or working with elementary-aged students. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
Experience teaching debate, speech, Model UN, mock trial, theater, or public speaking. At least one year of teaching experience, preferably with elementary-aged students. Experience developing age-appropriate lesson plans and facilitating group discussions.
