We are seeking a full-time, on-site Speech-Language Pathologist to join a collaborative school team for maternity leave coverage from September to December. This position supports a preschool caseload of about 45 students, providing meaningful, high-quality speech-language services in an educational setting.

Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments. Complete evaluation reports and all required documentation. Document student progress and maintain accurate service records. Provide direct speech-language therapy services to preschool students. Collaborate with teachers, families, and the special education team to support student success. Foster communication development and help preschool students achieve their individualized goals throughout this temporary maternity leave assignment.
Ability to successfully complete all required background screenings. Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited college or university. Previous experience providing speech-language services in a school setting is preferred. Must hold, or be eligible to obtain, a Washington State Speech-Language Pathologist license and ESA certification. This is an on-site position. Candidates must be available to provide in-person services; remote/teletherapy is not available.
