Clarifi Staffing Solutions is working with an Indianapolis-area school district to bring on a dedicated Special Education Teacher for a full-time, campus-based role. This position is well suited for an educator who is committed to inclusive practices, individualized instruction, and helping students with diverse learning needs reach their full potential.
In this role, you will deliver targeted special education services that support student access to the general education curriculum while driving progress toward individualized goals. Responsibilities include developing and overseeing IEPs, providing differentiated instruction in one-on-one and small-group settings, and using student data to guide instruction and refine interventions.
Collect and analyze data to track student progress. Develop, implement, and maintain compliant IEPs. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families. Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports. Support inclusive classroom practices and accommodations. Provide individualized and small-group instruction aligned with IEP goals.
Ideal candidates will have experience working in special education or a comparable instructional setting and hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. Graduate-level training in Special Education, including a master’s degree, is strongly preferred. Applicants must possess an active Indiana Special Education teaching license (Mild Intervention or equivalent) and demonstrate effective collaboration, communication, and lesson-planning skills.
