Instructional Assistant - 7.5 hours weekly

• Healthcare Services provides in-home based services to students throughout Pennsylvania who attend Charter School.
• We are currently looking for an Instructional Assistant to provide support services to a 9th grader near Pottsgrove, PA.
• This opportunity will be for in-person, 1 to 1 services, during the school day.
• Opportunities are for per-diem independent contract work that is flexible and convenient.

Pay

• $30/hr.
• Primary
• Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one assistance and encourage participation in live online sessions. Implement Positive Behavior Support Plans for student under direction of BCBA, Behavior Specialist, or other assigned behavioral therapist.
• Prompt interventions in the areas of: behavior management, conflict resolution, anger management, and peer interaction skills based on the IEP goals or behavioral treatment plan provided by the school or licensed/certified behavior therapist. Guiding independent study, enrichment work, and remedial work as assigned. Checking class work and supervising testing and make-up work.
