Role Overview We are seeking skilled and dedicated Kayak Coaches in Richmond, CA to join our dynamic platform. 2+ years of kayaking instruction or guiding experience (flatwater, sea/touring, or whitewater). Instructor certification preferred (ACA Kayak Instructor or equivalent) — not required.
