Market context

Missouri recreation roles favor youth experience

In Missouri, Recreation Specialist openings often reflect steady demand in schools, parks, and community programs that serve children and teens. These roles are competitive because employers look for both youth-program experience and practical credentials such as a valid driver’s license and the ability to obtain a Class B CDL with passenger endorsement. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits on this platform to save time, then confirm your transportation credentials and highlight any hands-on youth work in your application.
