Market context
In Florida, early childhood educator and sports coach roles are often tied to after-school, recreation, and child-care programs that need dependable staff with child-safety clearances. Competition can be stronger for candidates who already meet the age, license, transportation, and background-check requirements, since those basics can narrow the applicant pool. Before applying, confirm your DCF Level 2 and Child Abuse History Clearance status and review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time reading the original posting.
