The HR Coordinator facilitates the onboarding process and conducts new hire orientations for various staff and faculty. They also support Talent Acquisition Specialists with recruitment tasks, job postings, and administrative HR documentation.
Candidates must have a high school diploma with 1-2 years of HR experience or a bachelor's degree in an HR-related field with 1 year of office experience. Proficiency in MS Office is required, while experience with HRIS and ATS is preferred.
The HR Coordinator is responsible for facilitating the onboarding process, performing new hire orientation, and assisting the Talent Acquisition Specialists with the recruitment process. The position reports to the HR Manager, Talent Acquisition.

Education and/or Experience
Must have a high school diploma or GED with at least 1-2 years of work experience in Human Resources or a bachelor’s degree in a Human Resources related field with at least 1 year of professional office experience. Previous experience supporting recruiting and onboarding is highly desired.
Computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Previous experience with HRIS systems and applicant tracking systems preferred.
