The Lead Teacher is responsible for nurturing the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of children aged one to five. This includes implementing the Balanced Learning curriculum and maintaining a safe, engaging classroom environment.
Candidates need a CDA, an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education, or 1-3 years of teaching experience. Required certifications include CPR, First Aid, and Safe Sleep, along with active CBR enrollment.
