The Speech and Language Pathologist is responsible for assessing communication disorders and implementing age-appropriate interventions for students. They collaborate with families and educational staff to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and monitor student progress.
Candidates must hold a Master's Degree in speech-language pathology, a state license from California, and ASHA certification. At least two years of related experience and knowledge of special education regulations are required.

The opportunity (Position overview)
Reporting to the Site Director and under the direction and supervision of the Director of Student Support and Leadership, the Student Support Speech & Language Pathologist will be responsible for assessing and identifying communication disorders and collaborating with learners and families on intervention that is appropriate to the age and learning needs of each individual.
