• How this role contributes to the Y’s mission: As a Y Teen Adventure Camp Counselor, you will supervise and ensure the safety of campers while creating a fun, supportive, and engaging camp environment.
• You will assist in planning and leading curriculum-based activities and participate alongside campers to deliver a high-quality experience.
• You will help maintain daily camp operations, support specialty programs, and model the Y’s core values in all interactions.
