Provide constant supervision and engagement for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities in a residential therapeutic setting. Implement Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) and structured Behavior Support Plans to teach life skills and manage crisis situations.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma and valid Ohio driver's license. Preferred qualifications include a college degree and three years of experience working with individuals with autism or behavioral health conditions.

As a Behavior Technician, you’ll play a meaningful role in our residential therapeutic setting with individuals in need of behavior stabilization with diagnoses of autism spectrum disorder, behavioral health conditions, and/or developmental disabilities. Constant engagement with and supervision of individuals will be a requirement for staff. This will include programs specific to the individual's needs based on their IP; implementation of Applied Behavioral Analysis (which is a highly scheduled, intensive therapeutic approach to teach expected behavior and life skills); implementation of highly structured Behavior Support Plans and other approaches that the team determine appropriate for the individual. Crisis intervention is likely for issues including self-injury, aggression, and high magnitude disruptive behavior.
