High School Teacher Full-Time | Year-Round | Starting Salary

$42,000 Help students discover their capabilities! We are seeking a passionate, adaptable, and student-centered high school teacher to join our growing learning community. If you believe education is more than lectures, worksheets, and standardized pacing guides—and instead see it as an opportunity to mentor, inspire, and empower young people—we’d love to hear from you. Our school operates on a year-round calendar, divided into four instructional quarters, allowing for consistent learning and intentional breaks throughout the year. Schedule Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 3:20 PM Occasional Fridays for planning, professional development, student events, or special activities
Salary
Starting salary: $42,000 annually About Our School Our instructional model is built around project-based learning, problem-based learning, and mastery learning. Rather than asking students to simply memorize information, we challenge them to investigate authentic problems, complete meaningful projects, and demonstrate deep understanding before moving forward. Teachers are not expected to simply deliver curriculum—they collaborate with students to build it.
