The Lead Teacher is responsible for developing interactive learning experiences and managing classroom operations. They must promote the holistic growth of preschool children and maintain strong relationships with families.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with experience in leading classrooms and creating educational lesson plans. They must meet state education requirements and pass a Florida background screening.
