Bachelor's degree required; teaching credential or advanced degree preferred Valid California Multiple Subject Teaching Credential or equivalent is highly preferred Experience teaching or tutoring elementary-aged students Strong knowledge of elementary curriculum and instructional best practices Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Reliable transportation Authorized to work in the United States

Work Location Northern Los Angeles, California Minimum Requirements Qualified applicants must hold a bachelor's degree and meet at least one of the following criteria: Hold a valid California teaching credential (Multiple Subject preferred) or equivalent Be a current student teacher pursuing a teaching credential Have two or more years of experience teaching elementary students in a public, private, or charter school Have significant experience providing one-on-one or small-group tutoring for elementary students Be a graduate student in education or a related field with teaching or instructional experience
