  • What's Available: 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week) Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm OR 9am-6pm shift Location: Onsite, Child Care Center Working in our two-year-old room!
  • What you will do: Plan and implement daily developmentally appropriate programs for children.
  • Maintain a safe and conducive environment for growth and development.
  • Create tailored lesson plans and promote positive self-esteem.
  • Communicate effectively with families and facilitate parent conferences.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing rules and oversee co-teachers and volunteers.

  • Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers (with hands on learning) from one of the following programs; American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
  • If higher education is not in child development, course work will be required within 3 months of hire to include: “Introduction to the Child Care Profession”, “Skills and Strategies of the Childcare Teacher.” If working with infants: “Fundamentals of Infant and Toddler Care” course will also be required.
