We are a seeking a Childcare Teacher to join our growing and thriving organization. Plan and implement daily developmentally appropriate programs for children.
Maintain a safe and conducive environment for growth and development.
Create tailored lesson plans and promote positive self-esteem.
Communicate effectively with families and facilitate parent conferences.
Ensure compliance with licensing rules and oversee co-teachers and volunteers.
Starting pay of $16.47/hour + more for experience!

High School Diploma or equivalency, along with two years of higher education or an equivalent combination of higher education and/or work experience as a childcare teacher in a licensed childcare center.
Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers (with hands on learning) from one of the following programs; American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
If higher education is not in child development, course work will be required within 3 months of hire to include: “Introduction to the Child Care Profession”, “Skills and Strategies of the Childcare Teacher.”
If working with infants: “Fundamentals of Infant and Toddler Care” course will also be required.
