Plan and lead engaging hands-on activities including STEAM, fitness, and academics for school-age children. Manage daily operations, ensure state regulatory compliance, and maintain consistent communication with parents via the Playground App.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED and be medically cleared of communicable diseases. Preference is given to those with at least one year of experience working with children under 13.

Healthy Kids Programs is seeking dedicated After School Childcare Teachers to support and lead engaging programs for children. Program Locations in Las Vegas, NM: Los Ninos Elementary School Sierra Vista Elementary School Schedule: Monday–Thursday: 3:00 to 6:00 PM Fridays: Hours vary between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pay: $12.00 – $16.00 per hour Payday: Every other Friday Job Type: Part-time, non-exempt We are looking for candidates available for the 2026–2027 school year, with the hope of building long-term team members
Employer-Paid Childcare Healthy Kids Programs provides childcare for school-age children (ages 5–12) enrolled in our program on the days and during the hours you work. Employer contributions cover the cost of care, so you can focus on your job while your child participates in a safe, structured, and engaging program, all without needing to arrange outside care.
MINIUMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 18 years or older and hold a High School Diploma or GED. Preferably 1 year of experience working with kids under 13. Medically cleared of any communicable diseases including TB. Must be warm, friendly, and upbeat. Exceptional people skills, professional, reliable, and prompt. Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, carry (up to 50 lbs.), and do whatever it takes to keep up with the children.
