This is a remote, associate-level role (LSW or LPC) with free supervision, guaranteed pay, and flexible scheduling.
Many of our partner school districts serve large Spanish-speaking communities, and the need for culturally competent, bilingual care is significant.

You'll participate in case consultations and contribute to clinical program development as we grow.
What You Need Active LSW or LPC in Illinois (required — we are not able to hire pre-licensure candidates at this time) Bilingual Spanish/English fluency Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged youth and families Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems Available Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings (weekend slots also available) Preferred Experience in CBT, DBT, or similar modalities Prior school-based or youth-focused experience Active NPI and CAQH Pay Range $40—$50 USD
Must hold an active LSW or LPC license in Illinois and be fluent in both Spanish and English. Requires comfort with telehealth systems and availability during weekday afternoons and evenings.
