Market context

California infant/toddler roles stay competitive

In California, infant/toddler associate teacher openings are often shaped by steady demand in early childhood programs, especially where centers need staff who can meet state permit and education requirements. This role is competitive because employers look for 12 semester units in ECE/CD or a CDA credential, 6 months of experience with children ages 0-5, and an Associate Teacher Permit or qualifying enrollment. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits on this platform to save time, then confirm your permit status and transcripts before applying.
